A man with a vision, Late shri. K. H. Oswal, a first generation entrepreneur laid the foundation of the company as Kumar and Co. on August 15, 1966. A pioneering real estate company, it was one of the first to corporatise itself in 90 and started operating under the brand name of Kumar Builders.
